Friends, Romans, Countrymen, lend me your ears:
It appears as though the elixir of life that is Cipro has cured me of my ails, for when I awoke this morning, my pains were but a not so distant memory. So, rested and recovered, I rejoined my fellow scholars and spent the morning disinterring relics of long past (1.5 million year old teeth).
With our fossils, we opened a portal to an ancient landscape. We saw three toed horses (hipparion), giant giraffids with shorter necks (sivatherium), and even some familiar faces like gazelles and wildebeest. With the help of the headmaster (Manuel), we were able to peer into an open site with a braided river, frequented by the animals whose teeth we now held in our hands.
Overall, it was pretty cool. Bye bye x
